Rather than offering separate treatments, I work with clients to create a customised massage experience, calling on all the different skills and knowledge I have gained over the years, to provide the care you need, using techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and myofascial release.

Starting with check-in and consultation, to discuss any problem areas, or emotions you may be feeling and address any questions you may have, this helps me to better understand you and tailor a massage to suit your needs.
